GENERAL BALLOON QUESTIONS

HOW LONG WILL BALLOONS FLOAT?

12" latex balloons will float for 8-10 hours or 24-48 hours when treated with Hi-Float. Mylar balloons will float for up to one week. Please keep in mind environmental factors can affect the balloons life span.

WHAT IS HI-FLOAT?

Hi-Float is a liquid sealant used to coat the interior surface of latex balloons and reduces the speed at which helium escapes through the latex skin. It can increase the float time by several days. Hi-Float is non-toxic and water soluble.

HOW MUCH DO BALLOONS COST?

The cost of balloons will depend on the style you choose. Take a look at our pricing page or contact us for more information.

CAN I GET BALLOONS IN ANY COLOR?

Yes! All balloon colors are chosen by the client during consultation.

IF I BLOW UP BALLOONS BY MOUTH, WILL THEY FLOAT?

No, balloons only float when inflated with helium.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY BALLOONS?

To ensure your balloons survive please handle with care. Balloons do not like heat, aggressive handling or sharp objects.

WHAT IS YOUR RETUTN POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@bamballoons.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ON SITE INSTALLATIONS

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

We require at least 2-3 weeks notice for any on-site installations. This time allows for adjustments to be made. We want to provide our clients with a well thought out/well executed design. Please note, any orders placed without the proper amount of lead time will be subject to a Rush Fee.

DO YOU CHARGE BASED ON LOCATION?

Yes, mileage is always factored into the final price. Our mileage fee covers the cost of travel which includes gas, truck rentals, etc.

CAN I HAVE MY BALLOONS ASSEMBLED A DAY BEFORE MY EVENT?

Yes, our air filled options are able to be installed early. However, we do not recommend installation more than 24 hours ahead of your event and would only recommend this for designs that will be set up indoors. Helium latex balloons can also be filled in advance but will need to be treated with a Hi-Float gel. Mylar/Foil balloons will last a few days on their own.

DELIVERY / PICK UPS

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes we deliver! We will happily transport your bouquet bundles. If you are wanting a bigger design such as garlands and arches, please refer to the on-site installations.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BALLOON ARRANGEMENTS?

Yes, All custom orders must be placed in advance to ensure product availability.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

If you are looking for something simple we can usually have it ready within 48 hours. It is advisable to place custom or personalized design orders at least two weeks in advance.

CLASSES

WHEN WILL YOU BE OFFERING CLASSES?

We would love to host classes in the future. However, we do not have anything planned at the moment.
