Team Member

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our clients. This position requires individuals who are passionate about hospitality and have a strong commitment to teamwork. Every applicant is expected to have a kind and positive attitude, a good work ethic, and a flexible schedule (including availability on weekends).

Position:

Part Time, Temporary, Seasonal

Hours:

Part Time (5-20 hours per week)

Pay:

Starts at Minimum Wage

Responsibilities:

  • Prep and assemble balloons
  • Load and unload equipment
  • Assist with setups and ensure smooth operations
  • Provide outstanding customer service and engage in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance balloon skills
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and promoting teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience is preferred but not required.
  • A valid Drivers License is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests of all ages.
  • Comfortability with heights and climbing ladders
  • Ability to safely lift 30-50 pounds
